Services · Online Coaching

Online golf performance coaching, built around one golfer.

I coach for golf performance. Not powerlifting, not bodybuilding, not endless conditioning. Coaching runs online, which means your program, your progressions and your check-ins travel with you. Every session has a purpose, and I will tell you what it is.

What a Program Includes

Think Strength + Mobility + Power + Control.

01

Movement Preparation

We prepare the body for the work ahead. Mobility, activation, balance and dynamic movement so you move efficiently before we add intensity. This is also the first coaching window of the day, and it usually tells me how the rest of the session should go.

02

Power Development

Golf is an explosive sport. Medicine balls, jumps when appropriate, cable work, bands and other low-impact methods develop your ability to create and transfer force quickly. Short sets, sharp intent, early in the session while you are fresh.

03

Strength Training

Strength provides the foundation for power and control. Dumbbells, cables, kettlebells, bands, unilateral exercises, carries and other functional movements build strength without unnecessarily beating up your joints.

04

Rotational Training

Golf is rotational. We train four separate abilities: create rotation, control rotation, resist unwanted rotation, and transfer force from the ground through the body.

05

Balance & Stability

A strong swing requires a stable foundation. We challenge single-leg stability, core control, posture, balance, and the ability to maintain control while producing force.

06

Mobility

You need enough mobility to access the positions your swing requires. We work areas such as the hips, thoracic spine, shoulders and ankles while maintaining stability and control. Usable range, not maximum range.

07

Golf Movement Integration

This is where the training comes together. Exercises are selected to reinforce the physical patterns that support your swing: posture, sequencing, weight transfer, rotation and control of your swing plane.

08

Recovery

Recovery isn’t an afterthought. Mobility work, breathing, appropriate training volume, nutrition, sleep and recovery strategies are part of the overall program.

What I Refuse To Do

The refusals define the work as much as the work does.

I don’t train you to be a powerlifter. I don’t care how much you can bench press if it doesn’t help you move better on the course.

I don’t train you to be a bodybuilder. I don’t need you chasing muscle simply for appearance.

I don’t train you to survive endless HIIT workouts, and I don’t believe every golfer needs hours of cardio.

I train you to be a better golfer. That means developing the physical qualities that let you create force, control force, transfer force, repeat the movement, recover from it, and ultimately play better golf for longer.

Nutrition Coaching

Fuel and recovery are part of the program, not a handout.

I am also a nutrition coach. Recovery, training volume, sleep and how you eat all sit inside the same plan. If you want a starting point today, the calorie and macro calculator is free to use.

Next Step

Assess. Build. Train. Adapt. Perform.

That is the order. It starts with a conversation about your game and your body, not a workout.
